Local Delivery
- Free delivery service for all local online orders.
- We ship local orders via SF Express.
- Regular Delivery for in-stock merchandise is 3 business days.
Overseas shipping
- US$35 to US$40 (standard shipping) for most locations.
- US$100 (express shipping) for most locations.
- Regular Delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-14 business days.
- We offer worldwide delivery but with some exclusions.
- We ship international orders via Federal Express.
Others
- Your order will be processed once the Full payment is made.
- Some of our items are shipped directly from our factory. In that case, please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date your order was placed.
- We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
- You will be required to sign receipt of your delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any Order without giving a reason. If we cancel an Order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded.
Taxes
- Many countries impose import taxes on your purchase, you may contact your local customs office for specific information.
Usually the taxes are calculated as a percentage of the purchase price.
- The payment of all import taxes and or all customs duties is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any charges to clear customs are paid by the customer directly to the customs agency. Your customs agency will contact you regarding clearance and duties to be paid.

於本店購買的飾品可享有5年免費保養,來回運費需貴客自付。保養包括維修及清潔,如因個別佩戴習慣而導至的刮花並不在保養範圍內。
Return
- All of our product are carefully checked before they are packaged
- If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact our customer service team immediately via omniajewelleryhk@gmail.com with your order number and attaching an image of the item in the email. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
- The items must reach us within 14 days of the date of you receive the item. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
- To eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Your delivery cost cannot be refunded.
- If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return.
