In that case, please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date your order was placed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays &amp; Public Holidays.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You will be required to sign receipt of your delivery.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We reserve the right to refuse any Order without giving a reason. If we cancel an Order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The items must reach us within 14 days of the date of you receive the item. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
